DESCRIPTION & FEATURES
- The WR Series refrigerant leak detector is a high-performance monitoring device designed for the safety of modern refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- The product provides standard 4-20mA or RS485 signal outputs and can be integrated into various gas alarm systems or PLC/DCS control systems.
- Each unit is equipped with a high-quality LED display and audible/visual alarm.
- The WR Series with a semiconductor metal oxide sensor monitors gas leakages.
○ Once the refrigerant gas comes into contact with the sensor surface, it reacts with adsorbed oxygen, causing a change in semiconductor resistance which triggers a signal proportional to the gas concentration.
○ The WR Series with the semiconductor sensor is an economical option for the detection of a variety of flammable and volatile organic gases, including refrigerants. - The WR Series with the NDIR Infrared sensor uses the non-dispersive infrared absorption principle.
○ The infrared light source inside the sensor emits a specific wavelength which is absorbed by the gas concentration and then calculated by measuring the intensity of light after absorption.
○ The Infrared sensor is highly responsive for specific molecular structures and offers excellent selectivity and high accuracy and is extremely suitable for monitoring critical areas. - Customization available for dedicated installations and private labelling.
